Making A Purchase
Most of our items on ourstore are handmade to order, we do have a few pre-made items in our shop. To make a purchase you simply just browse our store, choose the size and fabric and pop any items you wish to buy into your shopping cart. When you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept online credit/debit card payments and PayPal. All prices are in Euros and already have Tax included. If you are ordering within Italy then postage is set at Euro 7.50, the rest of Europe Euro 15 and the rest of the world Euro 20. If you can’t find your country on our posting and packaging link then just email us for a quote.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Delivery Schedule
For ready made items we will normally process your order within 48 hours (business days) of receiving your payment. For made to order this does take a little bit longer and you should allow 1 week for processing. Depending on where you are delivery times may vary please allow up to two weeks for delivery in Europe and up to three weeks in the rest of the world.
Tax Charges
All our prices are shown include VAT.
Any duties or taxes payable on purchase of our products are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If the purchaser refuses to pay the duties/tax it is then the responsibility of the purchaser to pay all shipping costs for the return of the item(s).
Credit Card Security
We do not store your credit/debit card details on our system or files. In fact we never see your credit/debit card details at all as all payments are processed securely by Stripe and PayPal.

Returns Policy
We accept returns if the item does not fit, the goods must be returned within 14 working days unused and in re-saleable condition. Please contact us first by email, with the order number quoted, so we are aware you are returning items.
Late returns and returns without prior notification will not be accepted. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Delivery and packaging costs are non refundable
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to the minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
While every effort is made to represent colour accurately, every monitor is different and we cannot guarantee the colours you see match the colours of actual fabric.
